By submitting this application, I hereby grant my voluntary consent that my personal information may be processed, collected, used and disclosed in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013. I furthermore agree that my personal information may be used for all lawful and reasonable purposes to process my application, including but not limited to my CV -- skills, qualifications and experience, interview notes, reference checks, past and current pay slips, contract of employment, MyIndustria application form, other compensation information and any other information provided that is relevant to the employment application process of the client.

I understand my right to privacy and the right to have my personal information processed in accordance with the conditions for the lawful processing of personal information and hereby give my consent to the Company to collect, process and distribute relevant personal information where the company is legally required to do so.

The Company has taken all reasonable steps to protect all the personal information processed by it. Any information which is already in the public domain is excluded from this protection. Where there is a legal duty on the Company to disclose information, this is not protected by the Act, and no consent is required to disclose to the relevant authority.

I hereby consent and I understand that third party providers, such as MIE, will be given my personal information and I hereby consent to the Company sharing my personal information strictly for recruitment verification checks, such as qualifications and criminal record checks.

I further understand and consent to the Company maintaining my personal information on their candidate database for the purpose of future recruitment opportunities and give permission for the Company to contact me should suitable roles become available in the future.

Given that some employment opportunities may be based outside of South Africa, I hereby consent to my personal information being shared with clients outside of the borders of South Africa, strictly related to employment opportunities that I have consented to pursuing with the Company representing and managing my application.

I understand that I have the right to review the personal information stored in my candidate profile and can update the information to ensure it remains accurate and relevant. I also have the right to request deletion or destruction of personal information on record.
